tailor for custom suits

hey guys, i am prbly going to be in hk soon, and i was wondering where i can find a tailor to make custom made suits, and around how much is it. i saw in a tv show, one famous tailor, who makes suits for many famous ppl (us presidents, celebs, etc). does anyone know which tailor that is, and how much he charges?
