There are many guys who feel they are entitled to live out there fantasies on WGs no matter how perverse. When I was in Thailand I've noticed that the doormans to gogos were frequently rejecting East Indians into their establishment. I'm Chinese (Canadian) and enter without problem. I've asked several WGs what the problems were. As a consensus there seemed to be the stigma that the Indians are not only "cheap charlies" but that they have rape fantasies.
