My first time

Had a real bad urge late last night but didn’t feel like doing rounds in the 141 places,

muscle cramp?  sorry to hear that ruined your time.  maybe you should have done the rounds in 141...to warm up your leg muscles a bit.  remember when your P.E. instructor always told you to stretch and warm up before engaging in any excercise, this goes to show that it applies to punting as well.

If you sweat a lot, you lose salt and other essential minerals, which can cause cramps. A lot of people make the mistake of
only drinking bottled, distilled water. Drink mineral water instead - or tap water is fine - except for the chlorine taste. Boil it
and leave it to stand - then it's fine and far healthier than distilled water, which is crap.

if you tend to perspire often, add common salt to water;

Happen to me always after the orgasm......really cramp and I could not move my leg.

during the course, a few times as well......rest for few minutes and continue again....yeah sometime no mood to continue with this cramp.....

Well, I dunno the reason behind.....maybe over exerted or pumping too agressive........need expert to  concur...

This happen to me once in a while too.

I workout 4-5 times a week and 2 of those are heavy workouts and it still didn't help the cramp much.

Happens to me sometimes too. Especially during the high difficulty positions!

Nah but seriously, sometimes even when I'm kneeling on the bed goin' doggy style I still get cramps.

The other brothers are right about the salt, but also very important is the water. If you don't drink water usually, you'll get cramps.

Thanks to everyone for your recommendations  

I never heard or thought about problems during ML but looks like I'm not the only one here!
(my friend once had the runs during ML and it was funny listening to his story)

Anyway, I'm still walking with a limp so I'll be heading to the sauna to see if they can
do something about it and getting the relief I didn't get last night  

Hopefully, for newbies interested in saunas I'll have more info. later tonight
