You can get pretty close with this database: Sai Wan has a couple of addresses, and 408 QRW has the occasional gem.   There do seem to be some unexpected deserts in HK.  Shatin is one, Sai Kung is another.  My guess is there must be a local scene, but research has failed to bring anything up.   HAVING SAID ALL THAT I do also clearly remember seeing a couple of addresses in Kennedy Town in the past, may have been in one of the competing websites.  I DEFINITELY recall seeing addresses around Catchick St and Kennedy Town Praya ... so yes, Kennedy Town is not a desert, and does have an active WG scene ... but that's as far as I can go I'm afraid.   Give you the confidence to continue searching.
