Prepaid mobile recommendations

Hi bros,

Seeking recommendations for cheapest SMS from HK to PRC, and found the following:

China Mobile has Fetion service.

A fixed monthly fee with unlimited number of SMS and Fetion messages to China Mobile Hong Kong customers, and to China Mobile customers in the Mainland.

China Unicom has similar 1 card 2 number service.
They have got several SMS packages

China-HK SMS package：

Package A
Monthly fee:  $10
Free SMS:  30 SMS
Extra SMS:  $0.50/SMS

Package B
Monthly fee:  $20
Free SMS:  100 SMS
Extra SMS:  $0.50/SMS

Package C
Monthly fee:  $40
Free SMS:  200 SMS
