So I was wondering, is it even legal for 16 year olds to go mongering??? (I mean, if youre mongering at that age, its pretty fucked up to start with)

That is a horrible way to start one's sex life, but unfortunately it's a culture that is promoted here in HK, especially by the ex-pats nowadays. Everytime I go out to LKF or Wanchai for drinks, all I hear are people talking about the punts that they've had recently. For sure, some of this gets passed on to the next generation, if not intentionally, but by accident. Regardless, all of us have a responsibility here. There was no Internet and VCR / Sony Beta Machines were just starting out. Very few people had them and were expensive. There prices were well over $1200 USD per machine. When we first went, the movie theater didn't even ask us for any IDs.  Another time we went to some strip show, Lap dance place, and no IDs were required. They should be getting to know girls and get girlfriends and party, not this. It is of course fun, but theres plenty of time for that and he may get burned out too quickly.
