There is no PS, pictures of real girls, and 100% genunine they claim. I believe them because of the high price. Less guys would see them. Yes, I know there are scams on craigslist. The pictures are from Japanese ( JAV ) working girls and NOT real.  They don't have their own website like this ad. You could call them and talk with them before she comes over. Warn them if the girl is NOT who they claim, no money or taxi money home.  You could say money for bus or MTR only. You could also meet her in the hotel lobby before going to your room. This is to see if she is the real person or not.  You would recognize her from her picture. I think people might have a problem more with good service than seeing if the girl is for real at these prices.
