So basically im totally new to this 141 thing, and I was just wondering how you guys go about paying and tiping the ladies? I have read the other posts about tiping after the deed is done, but what does that exactly mean? Like if the girl is asking 500 HKD do you guys all walk in the room do the deed and then pay her afterwards? I'm confused I don't want to get dooped into paying the lady and then having her underperform for me...that really would suck. Any help is appreciate, or even any experiences. Thanks bros!

If you feel the provided service warrants a tip, go for it. Just like how you would tip a waiter/waitress if you think he/she has done a great job, showing your appreciateion for his/her outstanding service.

And don't feel like you have to tip if it's regular service. Personally I tip for BBBJ and GFE, but guys tip for different reasons. Don't tip her just because she looks great - that's built in to the original price. Tipping is for better-than-expected skill and service.
