As Twice said, you should check the Cathay Pacific website.
If you are flying on one of the new configuration aircraft, you don't have much to worry.
A short breakdown is like this:
Business Class
+interactive on-demand music, games, and movies, there are tons of movies, tv shows, and other content, so your flight will be over before you know it. Typically on a trans-pacific flight i may watch two or three movies, coupled with sleep and some work, makes short work of the flight.
+power socket - configured as a multi-adapter .. any plug will fit into it, you only get one though
+overnight kit - cream, shaving, toothbrush blah blah, best are the earplugs
Economy
+interactive on-demand music, games, and movies, but a lower selection
+power socket - only one I believe, although I'm not certain with this
+overnight kit - just a cheaper brand of gear thrown in
If you are flying the older configuration, scrap the power socket, it's not usuable generally. And the movie selection blows, and in Economy it's not on-demand from what I understand.
I generally fly Business, but with the new configuration, Economy isn't too bad.
I always look at the configuration when booking my flight, it's easy to tell on the website which is which.
