I have had over 20 pairs of the MUSH variety and a mixture of the other types of sandals.  In the USA, various websites will have them on sale sometimes, like the MUSH for 10 USD, I go nuts and get 10 pair because I know I love them.  I also bought a pair of strap on sandals at COSTCO here in the US for 30 USD and found the same exact pair in Hong Kong for no less than 550 HKD. They still do but they do it very discreetly. Mainlanders still have a long way to go to be affleunt. In TST and Mongkok, I can still see the 'China Squat' and the way they talk it is like they are fighting over something big, they talk too loud.
