Hong Kong Mongering Diet

A new concept in Dieting for all of us stout
(OK fat)
young
(OK Not so young)
men out there.

I have found that by replacing just 2 Lunches per week with 141 walk-up visits one can loose approximately 0.20kg  per week over an extended period.

Am currently midway through my Beta test (on myself of course ;-)

Simply put.

Eat a normal breakfast every day (No Walk-ups are open at 8am anyway).

Now merely select 2 days each week and replace them with a Zero Calorie highly aerobic
(ok no so aerobic at my age)
visit to your favorite pretty young thing.

In effect skipping you sit down Lunch, for a lie down romp!

The way I see it the normal Caloric intake for the average lunch in Hong Kong will
range from 450 to 650 calories,
if one is a good boy.

(Regretably Since you are reading this post you probably won't qualify as a "good" by conventional standards)

The 450 calories you skip (approx 18% of your daily projected Intake) are instead replaced by a modest burn.

A 180lb man partipating in 15 minutes of Light Foreplay and 25 minutes  of the Full Monty will burn roughly
175 calories.

Meaning our Mongering diet equates to a fun and enjoyable benefit of 1200 calories a week.

Ok so it won't beat a hefty jog, but hey think of how easy it will be to convince yourself to "Go Workout" two times a week.

While an amusing concept, this section is for reports on girls so this should go elsewhere.  Nice approach to dieting though - you could also cut out the Starbucks to help fund the whole process!

the burn rate increases dramatically if you take the Stairmaster route at a place like Hop Yee and go from floor to floor, or to take the stairs instead of the elevator at your friendly HG hotel.  Hey you have to take a shower beforehand anyhow.

That's a hilarious concept!  Jenny Craig can't touch that.

Only problem I see is that I'd burn through all my cash before I could burn enough calories.  And while eating pussy may be delicious and 0 calories, I'd still be hungry afterwards!

Hey, if you're midway thru your trial then you should write some reports so we can 'moniitor' your progress as you go along!

not only will it give you great cardio, when you get to the bottom there is usually some garbage that stinks to high hell that will surely make you lose your appetite too.

I'd be careful taking the stairs, I've seen some nasty brown grenades on the stairs before. Wouldn't want any bros to slip and break a neck !!!

Seriously?? I have heard that the 141 buildings look like shit but grenades? is it that bad? So they really just world war 2 trenches? Could someone point me to a link/video of the building? Like is there a vid going into the building? Im so curious before i come Hk

The walk up I went to was between Wan Chai and Causeway bay on Lockhart road I forget what the name of the building was,  the stairwell was really bad lots of garbage, take out food containers and even shit on the stairs.  Stick to the elevators and you'll be fine not all walk ups are that bad but this one was.

I have been working on a few Reports, but figure the world does not need another GFS report, or one extolling the skills of Michelle in Hop Yee.
2 staples of my current "Diet".
i did have an odd/poor run in this week, will write that up this weekend.

Actually down 3kg so far, and thanks to the damn Hop Yee elevator's my Cardio is even improved.
;-)
Finances are about the same as Lunching in Times Square with a drink or 2.
All in all i highly recommend the method!

I think I lost a stone just reading how to do it!  BTW, your scheme will work with any exercise.  I started a regular program and lost 20lbs in just a few months.  Good for you!

Just and update for any who remember the original thread.

Came back from the Doctors and now tip thes cales at 80.8kg.

This is actually very good for me, and means that since instituting my "diet" I have lost 4.5kg in just about 4 months time.

A special thanks to GFS for giving me a better way to spend my lunch break. ;-)

While not scientific by any means, its working for me so I say stick with it.
(and it beats a treadmill any day ;-)
