Two types of girls.
Hotel reservation is through agent and by appointment. Outcall will be extra, adding time loss and taxi, depending on your hotel location from hers.
141 girls (or independent private one girl brothel) may or may not provide phone-number. When they do they will be available through booking but walk-in is welcome too, unless she specifically requested by appointment only. When they have phone-number you can safely call before hand to see how good her English is, so you won't be disappointed seeing her in person.
