It's only a 30 min transfer from the airport, and crazy not to do it. I stayed at Airport Regal for 6 months and the only time I picked up was the bar downstairs in the hotel. These weren't WG's they were airline crew. But the philopino girl who plays the piano there is cute... Better catch the train into town ... and don't think about tung chung either cos there is nothing there..
