you're not alone, there is a steady flow of a few guys posting looking for a guy to seduce their wives.  

How to go about it depends entirely on your wife, her personality, and her own "hot buttons".  Assuming you're posting because she's not naturally open to swinging, and you feel you can't invite her to do it yourself by telling her directly.  If so what you're talking about is manipulation and persuasion.  

The bottom line is you need to create a situation where she ends up feeling hungry, meets with opportunity and then gets right sort of temptation to push her over the edge.  Women are no different from guys.  

For example:
notice her period, when is she horny when is she not?
notice what sort of guy she notices (or avoids: maybe she avoids a type of guy because underneath she's attracted)?  
talk to her about sex, what does she like to talk about what not?
is she willing to talk about infidelity (yours or hers or both) etc?  
What are her weaknesses, where does she give in when you push her?
What are her sore-spots, what makes her close up or run away?

With all that you can come up with a formula that would probably take a few months (3 to 6 months) to put her in a state where she's open to do something she'd previously thought not possible.

I've had many really hot girlfriends who I secretly wanted to see being fucked by someone else. Strange desire isn't it? But tho I'm not the jealous type, I do believe in reciprocity. I can't speak to the genuineness of the OP, but I will say this - I would be far far too paranoid to follow up on this one. I think I prefer the relative safety of established walk-ups.
