Hotel visits

Been thinking about my upcoming stay in HK. Planning on getting wg's to visit my hotel room but have realised that most hotels these days will only let you go up in the lift if you have a room key.... My question is how do the girls get up to your room??? Do you have to meet them in the lobby or something?
As you may have guessed, I'm new to all this so any help would be appreciated!

I have not had any problems with them coming directly to my room after I give them the number.
