doxycycline is actually easily available off the counter - just go to those chinese medical shops/pharmacies and if just show them a photo of what you want, usually they just let you buy it without asking too many questions

Yes, Doxycycline as a PEP is not a bad idea. You are supposed to take 200mg (so 2x100mg which is standard dose) at once within 72 hours of having unprotected sex. Helps with syphillis and chlamydia, but gonnorhea is supposed to be more antibiotic resistant so you would still need to get treated by a doctor.

Or, just don't be silly, and dont have unprotected vaginal sex. I think you can still get it from BBBJ but I suppose it is far less likely. Not sure.
