Try the Sanlitun bar street - and usually ACROSS the street from where the bars are next to the trees as well as some of the alleys around there.

At least that's where they used to be a few years back when I was in BJ quite a lot.  
But of course I know that there's a whole lot of changes - especially around the CBD/sanlitun area.  
Another area is of course around Hou Hai lake bars and the hutong streets around it.

SANLITUN is your best bet. Ask around for a place called PUREGIRL. They have cheap wholesale shots and lots of WG are around that street. The other evening - after a long but very productive and particularly profitable day at the office, I was happily and absent-mindely walking through the Landmark shopping Centre.
