2-1 Suns win...

Yea, I'm new on these forums, but it's fun to see NBA fans on forums like these

Really would have liked to see a better margin of victory for the Suns - They had an amazing game and still only beat LA by 9, on their floor. My guess is Lakers in 5 and then Boston in 7.

Old news, but how awesome was the dive-and-layup by Rondo in Game 3? Best play I've seen in ages! And if you're like me who can't see the games live at home due to work, try out the following:

My prediction is starting to look better. Certainly better than someone claiming Boston in 7 :/

Suns did not have an awesome game though, they have a lot of improvement in them.

Not sure what else they need to be really "awesome"
Starters shot: 35 for 61
Nash had 15 dimes for just 1 turnover (doubt he'll repeat this though)
Coverted 88% free throws...
All of this while all except Stoudamire playing 29-37 mins each. The game was fairly close even till the 4th and all the Lakers starters played 37, 40, 45, 42 mins, except Bynum... so overall, a very high efficiency-per-minute on the Suns side

That's a pretty awesome game in my books

All of ...

I'm not looking at the stats so much as the actual game play... It just seemed like they were 85-90% rather than 100. Nash on the other hand was absolutely outstanding, i dare say if he had a standard game it would be 3-0.

i'm hopefully it will be lakers in 5, but phoenix might drag the series to 6 games. well the next game wont be till tomorrow, and hopefully the lakers win unless stoudemire has another monster night with 42points and 11 rebs.

My money was with the Suns but realistically I don't see them taking 3 of the next 4 from the Lakers... I mean can they really keep it up that long?

One thing the win does indicate though is that the Lakers will be pretty vulnerable to the Celtics the way things look right now.

I think the Magic have all the momentum now and a win in game 6 will pretty much seal the deal.  There is no way the Celtics can go back to orlando and win game 7.  If they want to win the series they have to get it done in game 6.  But that would all depend on the health of their bigmen.

No team in the NBA history has ever gone back from losing 3-0 to win the series in the playoffs. Magics might have a slim chance, but I dont think the celtics will let them. As for lakers and suns whoever wins tonight's game will probably take the series.
