Luckily I live in NYC where I could get all these great cartoons and anime DVD with full Cantonese, Mandarin, English and some other languages too for under 30 bucks!  So we get to watch it in Chinese and English.


I've got a good question for the native Cantonese speakers here:

In the movie, they called turtle Wu Gwai... but not the traditional way of calling it...  the traditional way is Wu (as in Black like a Fly wu ying or Crow wu ah)  and Gwai is the typical way of calling a turtle in Cantonese.
In the movie they called him Wu (like as in Pond-) and the Gwai was regular Turtle.  Is that typical? or am I missing something? Does that mean he is a pond turtle because he founded Kung Fu at the pond? LOL...

I already said I was a regular guy who watches regular stuff like Jerry Seinfeld, kids films with my boys (Yeah I watched UP too, in and all those other 3D movies with my kids, so sue me bitch! I like wearing tacky 3D glasses! LOL), boxing, and UFC with my boys.  I don't claim to be this incredibly deep guy who does the White Knight thing for all women kind.  You can put yourself on a pedestal as high as you want and think that you being haughty supposed to make us regular guys feel like we are lesser but regular Joes like myself can care less.  I'm happy with life, I have no real qualms except I wished I got to visit HK/China more! LOL...  It's people like you who overthink things and get your panties all up in a bunch about the most minute things. But don't worry,  It's all good.

Contrary to what you might think, I don't have a problem with regular guys. But you're no regular guy 'pert, you're a headcase; and with all these LOL's you're beginning to sound like an hysterical headcase.

I'm also no White Knight; it's just that unlike you, I don't have an opinion, one way or the other, on whether a wg can or cannot make a good wife/gf. I take the common-sense view that one can't  know that; and in spite of what you seem to think, the majority of forum members apparently share that view.

Most of the time, I ignore your posts. When we do conflict, it always follows the same script: you state some variation of, "a relationship with a wg can never work because hookers are scum"; I point out that we can't possibly know anything about the character of all wgs; you make some non-nonsensical reply; I destroy your argument; finally, you get emotional and try to win a little sympathy with a charming little Disney tale of what a normal guy you are, how you love your boys, and how I'm an asshole for picking on you. A couple weeks pass, and up again you pop with the same nonsense.

In spite of constantly being made to look a fool, you persist in this irrational campaign to malign these girls. Why do you do this 'pert? You sound like something from a psychology text case study.

I have an ego just like every one else; however, if someone offers up a convincing argument and it's obvious I'm wrong, I'll admit it. To persist in error is a much greater character defect than having made a mistake in the first place. But you never offer up any convincing argument for your position; you can't because with you it's just an irrational prejudice. You always lose these arguments because you're wrong; I have a much easier time of it because mine is the common-sense position. In order for you to be correct, these girls would have to be some kind of genetically distinct sub-class of normal women.

This is the second time in the same fucking thread that we've argued this. 2 weeks from now, I have no doubt that you'll be back again with this nonsense. WTF is up with you anyway? You have a bad memory, or do you just need the attention?
