i was reading through this and was thinking of my general rule in bkk. if you doubt just find another, its not worth the risk unless you like that thing.

also, my last trip to BKK one of the 3 girls i took out had that ladyboy look but i checked and the other 2 girls with us vouched for her so i was ok i hope..haha

either way does freak me out when im in bkk and i go on super alert.

If you have a peep in the Pattaya newspapers it is a very regular occurrence that these poor chap get beaten up / stabbed and all sorts from groups of tourists that believe they are real girls. Ok, so they do a fair amount of crime themselves, however most Lady Boys assume you actually know that that are LB's as opposed to stunning girls and they really would prefer all their customers know that as well. Stops them copping a beating basically.

So the ultimate way to know? Ask them. If she looks like she might be, just ask. Whats the worst that can happen? She says no, gets offended at which point you laugh it off.

Well I thought that when the Ladyboy starts talking you can tell by their voice? Or does the hormone affect them so much that they tend to sound a bit more feminine? I was under the impression that you can never change your voice unless you go through extensive voicebox surgery to change the voice.
