The Nokia95 is the best for 141 gals, 5mpix with autofocus, too bad its only led flash, but thats ok. But you can record up to 30 frame per second for video with lighting, hehe. So the quality for the videos are very good.
Yes Sony Eric has the 5mpix camera phone with real flash (xenon), K850i, so the pics are even prettier than the N95 in dark. But the video recording is disapointing, no video lighting and only record 30 Frame per seond on QVGA. (n95 is on VGA)
So the perfect 141 phone is the nokia N95, no doubt!
The value will rise after 1-2 weeks when its released and will drop after 4 months or so. Well Nokia, Sony Ericsson and Samsung always release lot of phones in a year, they have newer software or some minor tweaks, but basicly all the phones are the same, they need to release lots of phones to expand their portfolio.
