Yup it will absolutely epic if this trio fails to win a championship during the next few years, but I have a feeling, they'll win one at least.

By Miami doing sign and trades, with Cavs and Raptors, they actually have some space to round out their roster with more than just minimum players. Not sure exactly how much CAP space they've got, but they have some room to do some good things.

Remember also that wade has a history of being injured. He plays so hard tons of abuse on his body.  They also will not have funds for a point guard.  They could try a dream team and look for a veteran that will sign on just for a chance for the championship.

I wish Lebron went to the Bulls. They got a solid team and I'm sure Derrick Rose (who is only 21 keep in mind) would be sick with Lebron.

Surely they'll win a championship but would need to win 3 at least otherwise it would still be considered somewhat a failure. Nevertheless, LBJ will never reach MJ's status and legacy by leaving the Cavs.

Rose, Deng, LBJ, Boozer, Noah.. Deng isn't much of a shooter so still need a 2 guard. Shame they traded away Hinrich.

man i remember that song in the 90's... i wonder whatever happen to will smith's singing career? anyways cleveland took it very personal, and i would hate to be james when he comes into town for a game. i can't really blame james either, because cleveland really has nothing to offer him compared to miami. plus all those miami babes, who could say no to that? just look at this as how kevin garnett left minnesota after being with them for so many years and not having a ring then he joins boston with ray allen and paul peirce and finally got a ring.

I don't think Will Smith is hurting that much from missing out on his singing career. I think he did alright there, doing his other job lol.

Also, as fans we always take things too personal, add to that Lebron grew up in their backyard, there would be hurt feelings. But the NBA is a business, and it's just a game, but it's hard to get that prospective at times.

Lebron hears it from the New Yorkers at Anthony's wedding, looks like he'll be public enemy #1 for every city not named Miami.

But garnett played 11 or 12 seasons with timberwolves before going to celtics. He was passed his prime so it's understandable. LBJ is in the prime of his career and giving up on cavs. Shaq at miami would be cool. Four superstars on the one team.. crazy.

Umm..its happened before (Shaq, Kobe, Malone, Payton) and they didn't with it all.

Of course this trio is in their prime, so should be better than the previous group of all stars. You still need role players on any team, as their is only one ball to play with.

dont forget that shaq kobe and malone were in their prime when they were together... malone's stats went down because he gave way, not because he was uncapable. if malone didnt suffer that injury late in the season, the lakers would have won the title that year

shaq is at the end of his career.  shaq can offer experience & he has advantage of playing & winning a title with Wade before.  Also I still think he has a home in Miami.  It could srsly happen in my mind

I would see it happening only because Shaq doesn't want Kobe to be ahead of him for rings. Shaq made enough money, so taking the min is not an issue. I think you'll see it happen, just get the big guy to defend and knock Kobe on his ass.

Perhaps, but history is not made based on "ifs".

I'm just saying its only one ball, this guys need to really check their egos, all their individual stats will go down, can they adjust to sharing. I think these guys are better equipped than the Lakers of that year. Can't wait to see how this all pans out, but it will come down to what kind of role players they get. As cliche as it is, you really can't have too many chefs in the kitchen.

Pat Riley can make it happen. They also need a point guard.  Any good vets out there that sign for minimum salary

shaq is nothing anymore. when he went to phoenix and cavs everyone thought they would win a championship but no luck. lakers should have the west locked down next season, and will most likely be in the finals again.

Shaq to Miami would work out if Shaq is willing to take a back role.  he is no longer the Shaq of old and he can't play the minutes required of astarting center.  Miami is still a bit aways to building a championship team, they need a solid center to plug up the middle and a starting point guard to distribute to the 3 stars.
