From the agents/spas I follow, mostly the same prices as before but choice greatly limited (some of them out of business for a while). Some even increased prices. No price drop sadly but I don't have the most extensive directory.

Also noticed it depends on the girl the agent is able to find. A quiet agent was able to find a very nice looking girl, she is apparently fully booked with good reviews, so the agent bumped the price 10% and reduced time.
While other agent have average girls that seem available most of the time.

The pricing at OT and CC has gotten to the point where fuck you, I’m not going there.  This isn’t surgical masks or toilet paper, I can find other choices.

I have to make a couple of trips over to Golden Arcade on my little trip. Avoiding punting for a while.  While the death rate is a mere 2% it's just not worth the risk.  Plus, if one of the WG becomes a confirmed case, Hospital Authority will come knocking on your door to send you to quarantine.  If that happens, your death rate spikes to 99.9% as you wife / gf finds out.

2% is the death rate in China, mostly in Wuhan.  And most of the deaths are elderly or people with pre-existing conditions.  Outside of Wuhan, it is much lower and outside of China it's extremely low.

The problem is that Wuhan and Hubei simply don't have the resources to deal with such a local pandemic.  The doctors and nurses were/are overworked and constantly exposed to those who are infected.  So they are burning out and then they get sick and further add to the list of people who aren't getting enough treatment or attention.  If everyone who was actually infected got the proper treatment, the recovery rate would be much higher, and the death rate would be much lower.   

Whereas everyone else who infected outside of China is getting top notch treatment and thus are recovering.

Unless you have a deficient immune system, are in your 80s or missing a lung, the chances of you dying of it outside of Hubei seem rather slim.
Even more so are the odds of you catching it. Plus there is no way to be 100% sure you won't catch it from someone else at work, in a restaurant, in transit, or even in you buidling.

But I admit the prospect of catching a disease that has no cure isn't particularly appealing.

I did another scout last night of Wanchai as well as Fuji.

Fuji is pretty dead.  The first floor has a bunch of thais but they all seem to be transgender from what I can tell, based on looks and voice.  3rd floor has a few Russians.  The rest of the building has a smattering of doors available but most were busy.  I was there around 1130pm so maybe they were done for the night, or maybe they were empty but still had the sign up.

I also checked Taboo and Escape.  Taboo had a total of 6 girls and Escape had 8.  Pretty grim.  The guy at the front of Neptune 3 said it was empty so I didnt go in.

I talked to one of he mommies I know at one if the curtain bars.  She said the number of girls in each bar depends on contract status, meaning if a girl leaves, there's no replacement, so some of the bars are down to only 2-3 girls.  On the bright side, she said Dragon was closed for three days because they only had 3 girls and someone barfined all 3 for 3 days so they closed the bar.  At least someone is trying to support the local economy.

I asked some random mommies at other curtain bars for pricing and they all said 1500hkd for short time.  They wouldn't tell me anything else until I actually went into the bar, which I refused to do because I wanted to avoid the full court press.

Wise words. There is a regular who works irregularly at 37D I have been seeing for YEARS. I suspect I will lose touch with her, I don’t even know if she is in Hong Kong or perhaps stuck in China as she advised me in January she would be away for CNY and 2 weeks of Feb, she is from Urumchi. I obviously haven’t gone back to check if she’s returned. I have no way of finding out where she is short of asking the 37D staff. It would be sad if I never see her again.

I have another regular provider who maintains her “office” in a well-known building on HK side. I do have her contact and I checked in with her last week to see how she’s doing (her listing on this website has been down since CNY). She told me she gave up her lease (most likely due to the HKD 12,000 monthly rent she pays) for several months and so she sits home (she lives in public housing with a monthly rent of HKD 1,400 for a flat for her and her son) with no income.  I’m sure there’s a lot of girls like this, trying to live in Hong Kong with no form of income. For all of us complaining here about not being able to engage in our favorite hobby, think about the service providers and what they are facing.

After one month of being “good”, I’m facing serious withdrawal symptoms but do have a lot more money in my pocket.
