The quality, the number to choose from, the cost, the legal situation, easy to find WGs or HGs or Sauna or SG...  (thanks to pages like 141).

Personally, Hongkong would be the top of my list because of convenience, quality of girls and personal preference of Chinese looking girls. Additionally, doing it in HK is legal! 2nd Choice would be the Philippines but really depends on where you find your flavor. I'm surprised no one has mentioned Sydney.
