I used an iphone 4 before switching to the samsung galaxy s2. At first I was with a lot of people saying that the iPhone is useful, easy, etc. But after using the Samsung galaxy s2 I never wanted to go back to the iPhone. The screen was much bigger, which made a lot of things easy to use. For the app store for android, if you don't like an app, you can refund within 24 hours unlike the iPhone where you cannot do any refunds.
Really the bigger screen did it for me. The iphone was small, and much more heavier than the S2. As for apple copying Samsung.. most of those things that apple sued samsung for wasn't actually their invention, but they just got the patent for it faster. In the end, it really is about the product you are using and who cares if who invented/patented whatever first. If Samsung copied everything from Apple, "It's basically the same as an iPhone" according to Apple.. then why not buy the Samsung as it is cheaper?
