If I punch you in the face, will you feel angry? Do you need to explain this feeling? What is so different about rape? It is just an order of magnitude harder to deal with because it involves dignity, integrity, confidence, trust, ... You also have to consider that you will fear for your life. Being faced with death and tragedy change your life.

I would guess that the way you feel about it happening to you is similar to what a woman feel. I fail to understand the point of your questionning.

You're not attempting to explain why women are devastated by rape, you're only interested in proving that WGs have flawed, defective characters.

There was actually a case of two women who raped a man in the US about 20 years ago.  They took him back to their hotel, tied him up (willingly) but then turned the tables and put a switchblade to his balls and forced him to perform.  He would have fucked them anyways but I think it was a case of power over him by the two women.  It took him a while because of all the pressure but he eventually did perform but he was shitting in his pants the whole time and did not cum even once during the whole ordeal.  They were both convicted and served a few years in jail.  I remember hearing this case when I was in High School in an advanced Psychology class.

No body's perfect and we all have flawed, defective characters to some extent, even saints.

But this is a forum dedicated to WGs so, yes, I am very interested in why WGs can do things that, to many other women,
would simply be unthinkable.  Now, IMHO, it might be a flaw or a virtue depending on the situation and her motives. For
example, if she's doing it to save money so that a loved one could have an urgent, life-saving operation - then she's making
a huge sacrifice and this would be something in her character to be admired. On the other hand, if she's doing it to buy a
Versace dress, then yes, I personally would consider that to be a flaw in her character because she's too materialistic. But
that's just my opinion. If you think being a WG is a job just like any other, then maybe it isn't a flaw. But I don't think anyone
can seriously argue that being a WG is a job just like any other. If it was, far more young girls would be prepared to do it and
it wouldn't be looked down on the way it has been for centuries and the way it still is today.

Every single thing we do in life says something about our character. And everybody has good and bad traits and, hopefully,
the good will outweigh the bad. So, even if her career choice reveals a flaw in a WGs character, it may easily be outweighed
by other vitues, such as kindness, generosity and a love of animals.    And then it's up to each one of us to put our
own values on the good and the bad in someone's character. To some, such a sexpert, the flaw in a WG's character is so
great that nothing can possibly mitigate it and they are lost causes. To others, such as Mars, it's not really important and
can be overlooked. I'm somehwere in the middle. But I do believe that, in most cases, her career choice reveals a flaw or
a defect in a WGs character that cannot be simply ignored - especially when choosing a wife as has been discussed in
another thread.

But I'm not, as Mars seems to think, trying to prove that WGs are degenerate, low-life scum who deserve nothing but to live
miserable, loveless lives. Far from it. But I would like to know what it is that causes her to make this choice to be a WG. And
I'm assuming it is a free choice. If she's being forced to do it, that would would be a completely different thing.

That's just stupid. Of course it's completely different. I've been punched in the face a few times - but not for many
years I'm happy to say. But when it happened, I certainly felt no emotional devastation. In fact, it was almost the
opposite - if I had a cut or a bruise, it was something to show my friends and brag about. Together with exaggerations
of what I did to the other guy. Yeah, I was very shallow in my youth.    

But I think most people will agree that the trauma of rape is more psychological and emotional, or even spiritual as
hunter says. It's certainly a lot more than just physical.

Sexpert, I understand your impatience with all of this speculation - human behavior must be a difficult subject for someone incapable of understanding other people's feelings. So why don't you run outside and play, like a good boy, and let the grownups talk. Or start your very own thread. How about this for a topic: 'Why I think tape worms can teach us a lot about love'.  Or tell us one of those charming stories from your childhood - how about describing that time you tortured a kitten and your little dickie got hard for the very first time. I witnessed the execution of a rapist in the Middle East. Public beheading - right after Friday mid-day prayers. The swordsman
was quite impressive - a one-handed swipe took the guys head off - to a huge cheer from the crowd.

Being materialistic has nothing to do with being a WG or not. That is where you get it all wrong. If you think offering your body for money is immoral, that is your opinion/belief and at least, have the balls to say so. For me it is not. This thread was about dealing with a gf who was raped before, but you brought it back to your pet-peeve. And to answer your question directly, there is a difference between being forced to do something and doing it willingly (and the whole range between these two extremes).

The point was that you do not need to question your reaction when being punched, that's just "natural". I meant to say that the same applies to rap when making the comparison. I did not intend to say a punch is similar to a rape.

It's not even that.  It's the monotonous wordplay that you keep imposing on everyone in the community.  Lots of things that Jake said were very straight forward but you keep making them your own and playing upon the words.  Not everyone thinks like you, even if you think so in your own little delusional world.  You can try your best to hurt my feelings but you have to understand that I have none.  When I first joined this forum, I think you were just banned by someone, I forget who.  But now I understand why.  For some reason I see you as a woody Alan type who needs to be a big man but just can't.  Perhaps I am just speculating but I see Jake as a Man's man, sort of like myself.  I guess that is why we don't get along.  I give wedgies and you take em.

   actually for someone who portrays himself as cold, uncaring, and without feeling to all WGs he
hooks up with, I find it strange how you can get your knickers in a twist by what someone here, in a forum,
has said to you !   I mean ... we all live behind a computer screen here,  and sometimes, maybe you see a reflection
of yourself in that screen.  

Sometimes disagreements are interesting to read, but no matter what, one should never take everything to heart,
