Only the very top superstar can get US$100,000 per film, with the downturn in the industry, I wonder if anyone still got that amount of money. There was a Japanese movie “The Scoutman" about the Japanese AV industry, I remember in it it mentioned an entry level "amateur" actress gets about HK$ 7,000 per sex scene.

Porn stars have sex for money, so it stands to reason that for the right price they can indeed be purchased.
