Mars, I was just responding to Tangoll and it did relate to his topic. I don't give a shit if he fucks woodchucks either but I strongly agree it's nobodies business but his own if he is with a 30 yo, whether it's a GF or WG.

Tangoll related an experience (post#1) where a WG was starting to seem like a GF but ended up being a WG after all. Is that so incredible? It's happened to me and I suspect most of the older Bros on this forum. I can relate a couple of stories too of Bros marrying WGs (neither worked out btw).

Anyway, I certainly would not draw any conclusions from such a small sample and I know there must be WGs with heart (I  believe I have met some), and with plans to leave the business (before it leaves them), and that ultimately they are human beings with needs to fulfil way beyond money.

Some of the unhappiest people I've met have been very wealthy. Disclaimer: based on small sample and I won't argue because I know there will be many happy ultra rich people out there ...... reminds me of Spike Milligan - "I just want the chance to prove that wealth won't make me happy".

Of course there are WGs who are blood-sucking bitches; and it's not at all incredible that a 30 yr old WG should disappoint the 67 yr old dude. It surprises me that he would expect anything else from the chick.

What I object to are these endless threads/posts (and every two weeks someone starts another) stating that all WGs are heartless bitches, a relationship with a WG can never work out, never ever love a WG, WGs only want your money, WGs will kill your dog and eat your still-beating heart, yada yada yada. Most of these threads I just ignore, but now and then I get tired of the sheer arrogant, narrow-minded stupidity of it all and speak out.

If anyone made such sweeping statements about the character of any other category of people, he would be immediately slapped down as a bigot. But when guys talk about whores, common sense goes right out the fucking window. I tell you a girl makes a living answering phones and you still don't know anything about her; but if I said she was a sexual service provider, suddenly you think you know her well enough to predict what kind of wife she would make! Clearly all that's talking here are your moral prejudices.

50% of all marriages, in the US at least, end in divorce by the way. And I suspect that if you looked closely at most of these failed marriages with WGs, you would see that they were highly unlikely to succeed in the first place, involving as they usually do, people differing markedly in age, cultural background, and languages spoken.

And could it be we don't hear about the success stories because it's highly unlikely that a guy is going to tell anyone that the woman he's happily married to used to suck dick in a Bangkok brothel?

Okay Grumbles, I can see your point but you have been around a long time and there are many who have not seen a lot of those old threads.  Participation and posting is encouraged and  I can't see a problem with Bros posting their WG experiences bad or good. This thread has been reasonably balanced, there were actually some good WG outcomes related by Kaka.

I think you have answered your own question,  even though the forum is largely anonymous, once a Bro becomes well known why would he admit "the woman he's happily married to used to suck dick in a Bangkok brothel?"  So why get upset there are so few "good" outcome stories?

I really like your posts.  You think with your head, not with your dick...  and you make rational sense 98 percent of the time.  And you say things that I agree with and wish I could have said, were I only as eloquent.  

Your perspective on WGs reminds me of a statement I used to make on the US boards when this same issue came up...  which it does everywhere.  I would say that some WGs are heartless bitches, some have hearts of gold...  and in that respect they are pretty much like women everywhere.

Pray tell, what is the meaning of the reference to "woodchuck" used here?  My dictionary says a woodchuck is a burrowing and hibernating marmot of North America, but I can't bridge the gap in meaning from that definition to the way the word is used here.  

Any and all ideas and thoughts presented in a forum like this has to be taken with a grain of salt, since we know nothing (well for most of us anyway.  For those who go together to Macau or China for field trips, you do know each other personally) of the source of the idea.  To give credence to any idea or thought, one really does have to know the source and how much credibility to ascribe to that source.  

While I am how I describe myself -- 67 yo, published author, club level tennis tournament player (in other threads), Caesar's Entertainment MP connoisseur -- for all you guys know, I might actually be a 18 yo pimply faced neophyte ne'er been laid before.

But, I think we have beat this subject to death so far.  If I meet again the ex-WG from the initial post of this thread, would you fine gents still be interested in this ongoing saga?  How she eventually plays out with the sponsor/privatizer is certainly of some academic interest, to me anyway, to see how the economics of these situations resolve themselves.

Thanks for definition of "woodchuck", I didn't know what kind of animal it was, just that in the context it was used by Grumbles to show he didn't care what you did with your personal sex life ... I took that to mean it's your business.  The second reference was just a joke at Twice's (senior mod) expense.

Well, saw the ex-WG again after she had stayed in her SZ village for about one month.  While she is back staying with her sponsor, she said that in 2 or 3 months, they will probably split up.  She's thinking of getting back into the business, but now, the room that she had once rented for $5K per month is up to $7K per month.  That plus slower economy means less business plus the damage to her health of being screwed several times a day is causing her some hesitation to getting back into the business.  But she needs the dough as she is the only source of support for her mother and two kids that the family took in 8 years ago and are now raising.  The kids call her "mommy" though she is not the real mommy.  Her brothers and sisters don't help in the support.

Met her and had yum cha with her and a friend from Nanjing.  The friend has a small outlet selling jewelry accessories, and looking for a sponsor/friend as well.  After lunch, went to the nice hourly hotel on Tak Hing street in Jordan and enjoyed a hour with her there.  Paid her $500 as usual.

Later met up with her, the Nanjing friend, and a friend of mine from Sydney for some tea and desserts so that the Nanjing friend and my Sydney can see if they click or not.  The total day cost to me was quite substantial, $230 for lunch, $170 for hotel, $500 to her, and finally $230 for the evening meeting.   Plus on my next trip to Bangkok, they asked me to get Thai made handbags for them, not expensive ones, only about $50 or so for each bag.

After one month at home in SZ, her health, complexion, body skin, etc are all so much better to look at and to feel.  What a difference a month away from having to provide sex can do to improve the girl's health.  Makes one appreciate how damaging this business is to the girl's health.

True.  I guess its a cultural thing as well.  I'm a BBC and have had experience in this "yeung" and "'Bau" field.  Being from a western country a girl in the UK values true love over anything else whereas girls from the mainland want money.  The girl I had this "Sponsor" experience with was always asking me to give her money so I said does that not just make me another customer then?  She replies that's what boyfriend/husbunds are for!!  So the moral of the story is if you really want to be with the girl, deal with it!!
