Good game to watch, didn't think Spain would actually score even with the advantage in possession. A dumb play by Pedro not passing off to wide open guy, could've really cost them after Germany pressed for the tie.

The defeat leaves a bitter taste of disappointment in my mouth (or is it the early morning beer). Ironic that it takes a set-piece to defeat the German team - scored buy one of the ugliest looking players inthe World Cup....

Boring game from the Germans. Even though I was cheering for Spain I hoped the Germans would put up a better fight. Puyol and Pique were giants as usual. Pedro was retarded, I mean how could he not pass =(. Anyway Spain all the way!

Since nadal got Wimbledon it would be huge to get the world cup.  Germany was graceful I'm defeat which is good to see sportsmanship.  The world is becoming all controversial so people acting as they should is good to see once in awhile

I couldn't beleive that bone headed play of his, this is a team game, you pass off and you ice the game right there and then. Instead the team suffers another tense 10+ minutes with the outcome in doubt. Even though it didn't matter in the end, I would hope the coaching staff in no uncertain terms berated him on the pure stupidity of that move!
