I DO appreciate you voicing your “support” for the Idle chat thread/me – but I also respectfully request that y’all NOT do so by being “rebellious.” IMHO, for our Mod’s work here is already onerous enough without having to content with further discord.

I believe that the great majority of us come on here as we find the forum useful, informative and entertaining – and I would urge you all very strongly NOT to cause discord, rebellion and controversies….and just enjoy our forum for what its worth.

On the other hand, since I have been crowned by the Mods/others as the “King shit stirrer”, I would like to use this opportunity to express some of my feelings about this matter as well as other forum matters.

I would of course welcome/invite other’s input/opinion on the matter at hand. But respectfully and in measured tones please!

Well Twice – I gotta thank you for pointing out that I am only “sometimes” difficult to deal with i/o all the time! LOL!

But you of all Mods here should know that I do so WITHOUT ANY AGENDA – hidden or otherwise - and that I am only following my own true conviction as to the best welfare of the forum as a whole.

Yes, I’ll be the first one to admit that I at times can be “forceful” …and even misplaced – true! – but anytime I do, I do take pains to fully explain to all parties concerned why AND how I do so; whether on the thread itself, on the idle chat thread or on the Senior’s thread.

And I do so as I too many times see the ridiculous conditions that you Mods have to suffer through just to get your job done here. I ain’t a Mod and I ain’t afraid or even reluctant to tell it like it is – and easily do so without having the excess baggage of having to consult anybody.  

Yeah you don’t need for me to do so and yes you’ve told me this before – but I ain’t the type to just sit back and relax when I see something not right. Sorry! And I have ALWAYS heeded your advise – whether privately or in public - when you or another Mod tell me to do so.

Twice - How many times have you written to me – privately AND PUBLICLY - that I really don’t know all that is going on in the background, please don’t just jump the gun etc?

Well I’m now telling you that I really don’t need to know all that is going on in the background etc – and that what APPPEARS HERE on our forum IS WHAT IS THE REALITY – for that is ALL THAT WE MEMBERS REALLY KNOW!

And all these “directives” and instructions from Admin to you guys – well, of course there needs to be such – but how ridiculous is it that “he” then comes on here without any warning/explanation and then totally usurp you Mod’s authority…and undo all your previous good works?

Worse, IMHO he comes on here without really understanding the Etho of this English side of the forum. Yeah, I DO consider the English side to comprise of more mature and knowledgeable members vs the other side; and more importantly, most members who are ALTRUISTICALLY well committed to the forum without any hidden agenda.  

And about hidden agenda, I AM talking about guys who come on here guerrilla marketing their own web site AND/OR WG’s from certain stables for their quid pro quo pay-offs.

As far as I know, these plonkers ARE well organized and since they DO have an agenda, it IS natural that their attacks – against the forum and against me – IS meticulously planned and carried out.  

Versus MOI?
Who they single out to concentrate their attack on?
Divide and conquer.
Under-handedly rally against the enemy SEAN  - to give them the opportunity to publicize their own website.

You guys know very well going back many months – years even – what these guys were doing on our forum – and yet “he” tied your arms?  How ridiculous is that?  What, he thought that all these “great pictures” is going to bring more traffic or is a “value added service” to the WG’s who advertise on the DB pages?

Like I said prior, “He” really does NOT understand the Etho on this side and that most of us will only end up questioning the integrity of all reports when he allows such blatant marketing on our side.

Our side has been built up from knowing that ALL reports are correct and factual reporting of actual experiences.

And on a topic which still needs to be resolved:
OK – pictures are great, of course – but for Crissakes, if it’s the type that Happpy’s been putting up, then only allow them to be on the Erotica section to tip-off some of the less knowledgeable members (including our overseas visitors who only comes on here when they want to source out their punts) to realize that these pictures are just blatant guerilla marketing.

If this is TRULY the case, then he should allow you Mods to really do ALL the work here and NOT come on whenever he likes to give you guys “directives.” If he has no day to day involvement with the English forum, he has absolutely no idea about the sensibilities of our side and has no business whatsoever making edicts.

And as for “…disruptions should not and cannot be allowed to continue…” of course I agree and the easiest/best way for this to be accomplished is for Admin to REALLY give you the REAL power to decide AND act decidedly against such disruptions.  You guys know full well which guys are OK and which are plonkers with nefarious intents – ForCrissakes tell Admin that you need to deal with the plonkers decisively and with full powers

Are you gonna keep on allowing these other disruptive “members” here to continue their ways?  And yes, this list DOES include those who are too dumb to understand what the real implications are in that website/what their continuing and disruptive campaign on our forum actually mean.

As I stated prior – and without any particular pride NOR rancour – I do “step on many member’s toes” when I do see that their words/actions – IMHO – will do harm to the forum.  And of course without any worries or truth be said, even consideration about any “directives” from Admin.

And yes, I do offer to step in to do/say things that you mods cannot do yourself, given the “directives.” But that now I’m being pilloried for having done so is NOT what I had expected from gentlemen.

And yes, I do even step on the toes of a few Mods when I consider their words/actions to be out-of-line. And if these are the same Mods who thinks that just because he is a mod that his word is infallible, well I do need to say to him to “Grow up!”
And since I do usually rebuke privately via PM – I cannot even fathom the degree of immaturity shown now…..

Look-it guys – you guys do a fabulous job, all I’m sure very altruistically and I have nothing but praise for you guys GENERALLY.  But on the odd occasion you do step out of line – well, either go ahead and ban me or else still expect for me to continue doing so. Yes, I’m prepared to bear the consequence of my own true conviction.

This is just about the only part that really gets to me.  OK, you can (and perhaps even should) deduct me points/sanction me – but for you to now direct your anger or whatever towards the efforts of so many others on the Idle chat thread is not only misplaced but truly an affront to the efforts of these members.

Members, especially newer ones, come on the idle chat thread to “test the waters” and we all DO encourage them by awarding them K’s – but you’re saying that the ONLY purpose that these guys come on there is just to get their RA up?

Come on Twice – are you telling us that its actually possible to do so just by being on the idle chat thread? Cain’t you see that there had been a whole lot of guys who FIRST come on at the idle chat thread to get enough familiarity/confidence to go on to posting their own threads?  And then go on to achieve such RA on their own merits?

I for one would be grateful to get acknowledgement of this fact about the idle chat thread - from the mods as well from those who share my belief in the real and solid contribution of the idle chat thread. And NOT as any act of rebellion or whatever – just go back on here and tell us so.  But if you do not do so, I of course will understand completely as you do not want to be singled out by some seniors/mods (something which I know had happened to me and something which these seniors really do need t get over with/to grow up.)

Yes, “The forum’s sense of community” – that is what the idle chat thread is all about; that plus fun and games, and a place to go to anytime one wants to participate even if one does not have anything specific to discuss.

That to me is “happy and inviting” and I do hope that you can at last tell admin your actual worth to our forum and tell him to back off from alienating so many of us who had been active AND CONTRIBUTING participants of the idle chat thread. 200 pages, close to 4,000 posts which is about 5% of ALL posts on the forum – and its being effectively shut down as SEAJ’s punishment? TOTALLY MISPLACED ACTION!!

I am writing all this with full understanding that I “…will bear the consequences of his …” and I am proud to say that I have no fear about this as I have only spoken the truth AS I KNOW IT.

Perhaps you can make a “deal” with admin to satisfy him – tell him that you will go ahead and ban me to make up for allowing the idle chat thread to continue as is. For actually I am only on here as I thought this forum worthwhile AND fun/no skin off my back if I do participate in it or not. And I DO still opine that the Idle chat thread serves as a VERY USEFUL and VITAL part in making more members feel “the Forum’s sense of community.” Much more than my continued presence here in comparison!

And I still want to emphasize that these postings of mine are NOT any kind of rebellion or act of defiance – rather it is an appeal for a calm and rational discussion.
