Don't know about Hong Kong, but there are some jurisdictions (Canada is one) where HIV positive individuals are required by law to disclose their status before any physical intimacy.  There have been a few arrests over the past decade of individuals who failed to disclose their status.  The charges ranged from attempted murder to aggravated assault.

I will always use protection and I get checked every 6 months. One question though, I just get the HIV (Hep B) test. Should I be getting other tests too? To answer the question, no f'in' way, i'd have too much of a guilty conscience. As it is, it's already hard enough getting round the idea of sleeping with WG's. Not that it's not fun or anything.
