A cheap phone with a pay as you go is a good idea.  you don't need to have it turned on all the time just use it before the the booking... also you can keep thjis phone at the office right, and turned off at all other times...

No cost for second phone, I just use old one. It's PW protected and sits off or silent mode, and allows me to call, receive, msg, etc., with relative freedom. I never have to worry about what I may have left on "official" phone, and if it rings I can even let my wife answer it if I'm busy (like driving). I have had friends caught out with snoopy wifey. Can look bad if you are not casual about leaving your phone around the house. I also have back-up story for when I carry, or travel with "old" phone in case my wife spots it, (and she has). My new "official"  phone sometimes fails with intermittent fault so I need alternative for business. This is partially true as official phone has been back to shop twice for warranty repairs.
