I'm going some research on HCM. Based on reviews that are on here, it just didn't sound like a easy place for me punting. The prices didn't seem cheap either. I need to do more research.

Completely agree.  Even the language is not a problem.  In this hobby, its pretty hard not to transmit your desires to a WG with perfect clarity.

I agree with Vietnam having the youngest and hottest girls, but language barrier is a huge issue. HCM is pretty safe just be careful using wechat as there's a lot of bait and switch.

My vote would be Philippines, no language barrier (most WG speak English), cheap, and lot of pretty girls. The only downside is the traffic sucks and the taxis are hit/miss (I stopped taking them after I realized uber is in Manila).

What about Kuala Lumpur and Jakarta? I see a lot of great reports from those locations as well. Has any of you bros ever punted in Cambodia?

Yes don't forget language. In Brazil for example you'll struggle without a local friend to go round with you.
