Friends of mine have been saying that Royal Garden KTV in Dalang (near CP) is the best KTV in DG (sorry for all the town names, haha).

There, you can commonly find tall girls who cost more than the CP KTVs (3-7-11).  

In addition, when "big boys" come, they can arrange underwear models, magazine models, girls who have small roles in tv/film, etc.  

Of course, the pricing jumps exponentially.

This is what I've heard as I've been to Royal Garden KTV but never had a chance to be in one of those "special" parties.

cant just go by dollar amount as many things can't be measured by that.   on a far lower scale comparisone...if a WG was really popular here, I am sure their menu & services seem to go down a tad once their demand outstrip their supply...simple arithmetic if you ask me
