When comparing the result between real and generic V's or C's is there any noticible difference ?

My guess is that because it's regulated. When required by law, the pharmacies must be able to correlate
the prescription drugs the've received with the prescriptions received. So they can't sell the real thing
without a prescription. And why would they when they can sell fakes at a much higher profit?


So you're gonna trust a pharmacy that you know sells fake drugs. Hmmmm   I'd be more prepared to
trust a paharmacy that won't sell fake drugs. Any prescription I have, for anything, would go to Mannings
or Watsons. I'd never trust the local small-shop pharmacies.

And Jake , in fairness to the salesman , I told him I'd bought Cialis at a much lower price in
another shop , and he countered with "it must be fake" (ie knock-off) . He didn't try to sell me the knock-off , but actually gave me a few as a free sample and suggested I try and compare , which I did . Totally agree however that as a general rule , get prescription drugs with a
prescription only and from a top-line retailer .

I agree with mukdik #23 - the real stuff does work better. But I think most of us here don't have full-blown EDS and we
use V or C as a recreational drug to give us a boost. When we go to a WG, we have limited time so we want to be up
and ready for action immediately and then we wanna fuck like a porn star - which I most certainly do.  

The generic V gets my dick hard - what could be better than that.

And each 1/3 of a tab dose sets me back only HK$ 11, not to mention the time and money not spent for a doctor's examination to get the necessary prescription for the Pfizer product. And the prescriptions are good for how many pills? Does one have to see the doctor every time one wants a refill?

It is not only the drug companies that have a monetary interest in controlling popular medicines, the doctors who must issue the prescriptions also profit from keeping the drugs out of free circulation.

Balance the economic advantages against the extremely low risk of any serious problem, and the generic wins out. Sorry Pfizer.

Bro, for someone so interested in the use of words, I don't know why you insist on using the word 'generic.' The pills I
buy in Wan Chai are blue, diamond shaped, have Pfizer on one side and VGR100 on the other side. They come in a bottle
which says Viagra, Made in USA, Distributed by Pfizer Labs ... etc. etc. But it's all lies. That's not generic - that's FAKE.

If they use the same active ingredients, but use different packaging and a different name - OK, that's generic. But let's not
call a fake something else.

Other than that, I agree with you. When I first got a prescription for Viagra, when I wanted a refill, I'd phone them up to
tell them when I was coming and it would be waiting for me. In and out. Then they closed that surgery and I was transferred
to another. With the new place, when I wanted a refill, I had to see the doctor, which. of course, meant waiting around.
That's when I started to buy the fake Viagra. And, yeah, it works fine now, but maybe for those with full-blown EDS, it might
not. Probably in the next few years, I get the chance to find out - will report back then.    

I call it generic because that's what it actually is. The only thing fake is the packaging. When Pfizer's patent lapses, the makers of the Chinese V will be able to put the very same pill in a different bottle and then legally sell it in pharmacies as a generic. What's important to me is the active ingredient, not the color or shape of the pill. A truly fake medicine would be one that didn't contain what the real product contained, and that's not the case.

However, technically you're correct in that Viagra is Pfizer's patented brand name for sildenafil citrate, so what we buy in Wanchai is fake Viagra. But if by Viagra all we mean is sildenafil, then you can't claim that the Chinese V is fake, because it actually does contain the very same sildenafil.

I emphasize the word generic because some of the other members might be scared off the Chinese V thinking it contains some toxic chemical instead of the same sildenafil found in Pfizer's product.
