Dogthom - fair point about the 1960's thing but alot of the major carriers have unwritten (and in some cases written) rules that dictate cabin staff should be of high presentable standard at all times when on duty. Almost like airlines having a rule that passengers should be clean and presentable (a few years ago there were a few cases where passengers were asked to leave the plane due to bad body odor!)

Forget the FA's, you guys should go after the female pilots

Maybe if you're lucky she'll let you shoot "a backcourse" approach down to "minimums"

Actually hooked up with a Korean flight attendant on my last trip.  Found her in LKF and she didn't know the area very well so I took her to some bars and danced at Insomnia.  They're normal people like everyone else, just need a little luck to find them and work the charm.

LKF is your best bet. I met some before at a private X-Mas party with similar atmosphere. Think about where male bankers like to hang out and that's where [female] FAs will be going for as well. That being said... isn't this about civvies and not WGs?

Speaking of FAs - how many of you think that CX stewardesses have that snooty / snobbish / cold aura around them when they are on ground level (eg. waiting for the bus, train, taxi, et al)

I see other airline crew on ground level who have all smiles and a lot of 'cheery' faces but CX stewardesses seem to be the type who follow an unwritten rule "BE STONE COLD when on ground and break into plastic smiles when up in air"

A few days ago , out of nicety, I offered a stewardess to offload her luggage (and helped other senior citizens offload theirs from the A-11 bus) .   CX stewardesses gives a nitrogen cold "no thank you , i can handle it myself"  while the other senior citiz were all hearty smiley.

It's not as if I was trying to make a beeline for her underwear!! Heck..

Now then buntut,

Aircrew do tend to head off to the same bars as a few chains offer deals for them and especially some of the larger groups as they have bars in other major stop over routes like bangkok and singapore so the crew are all told of these bars.

Main one is dusk till dawn, insomnia and all night long - all the same chain and think they have bars in sing and bangkok too, allthe crew from the western airlines know about these places and up there, also a lot of the airliners stay at the excelsior so you can find some in the dickens.

For the asian crew best place to try is the uber cool bars around lkf and wyndham street, the hot ones will require you to be veryg looking or very wealthy.  The likes of magnum, beijing clun dragon eye, taz ect are the best places however you will catch them in the bars of lkf just before for a few warm ups.

Loads of crew live out in tung chung as it is so close to the airport move out there and you will definately see crew every day!

If any of you need to cleanse yourself of your FA fetish, just fly Air Canada...  unless you're into geriatrics.

I like the really young, sexy-looking FAs on Air Asia and Cebu Pacific Air.

Funny you should mention that - I met a Cathay FA just when I was leaving All Night Long. I just saw her, in skinny jeans smoking outside and saw she was giving me a lot of eye contact. I told my frd to wait for me, walked straight up to her and just said 'hi'. We started talking and a few mins later I rejoined my mate with her phone number. We went out a week later. Whether or not you get lucky with them - it's pretty obvious really - is totally dependent on how much they let their hair down ie. the amount of alcohol they have. A bit of luck/charm but agree also that the majority I've been out with are totally into how much 'currency' they can command with us guys. To be fair though, I haven't been out with many - just abt 5/6.
