I was hoping for a make up tomorrow, but don't know now. However, logically, it would make sense for cops to do this at locations where there is a high density of targets, especially Mandarin or foreign HGs. That would be where you would have the most potential arrests. Mandarin = out of towners, which would provide the best chance at immigration charges HGs are against the law, whereas WGs can operate within specific guidelines. Theoretically, visiting a random 30 y.o. WG in Kwun Tong would have less probability of cop trouble.
