Thanks for your response.  While I do not live in HK, I do travel there and other parts of Asia once in a while. So, because time is pretty limited for me on these trips, having the reports with photos really do help, and for me personally, looks are important.  Just don't get the opportunity to try as many as some of the bros in this forum.  But, your point is taken and accepted.  I think from the perspective of a user, I would find it difficult in the near future to get to RA20, let alone RA30.  When you're not actively punting, there's only so much you can say before your comments become some of the one-liners that you see on a lot of posts...

BTW, when you in live in Canada, punting is quite expensive and more difficult to find time for...  fewer selection and much higher prices.  But, I have posted quite a few times to the international section when I do have time.

Thanks for the invite.  

Living in Canada, I've found punting quite expensive and therefore not something that I can do regularly.  But, I have posted several times to the forum, and have noticed that very little "karma" points actually get given.  Certainly, I don't see too many which receive more than 3-4 points... especially if it's about outside of Asia.  Maybe that's my perception.  But, at 3-4 points a piece, to get to 200 points would require 50 reports, which at my current rate, should be achieved some time in 2011.  

Like i said before, I appreciate the work done by the mods and this forum, and accept the rules set by the team.  However, as we all want the site to grow and of course part of my motivation is selfish, my work experience (i'm a product mgr in the Social Network space) is that the SNs which succeed and grow quickly are those with few barriers.

I think it's a give and take and you definitely need to get permission.  I think for photos where you get permission, it's pretty understood to the WGs that there's a chance these will be leaked out and shared.  However, I am definitely against bros who take photos without the WGs' knowledge.  This is definitely not acceptable in my books.   

I think another point to consider is that many heavily PS their photos, which to me almost amounts to false advertising.  So, for photos where the person saids that it's only 60-70% or less of DB photo, then I think the photo really helps.

just curious why in the chinese forum the RA is set ad hoc by the individuals, it could be 10, 20, 50 etc etc

Your question is not clear. But I presume u asking about chinese forum RA setting.

You are a senior member from chinese forum, you can ask the mods/admin there directly.

Here in English forum, respective bros can also set their own RA. Unless for those newbies and members with lower RA level, mods will assist to set the appropriate RA,

I am not from Hong Kong but I believe Hong Kong is an interesting place to visit especially with the help of this forum. I like the RA setting but with my newbie (newly joined) status, I am afraid that I might not be able to benefit from it (can't view pictures and video of WG) especially when I pay a visit to Hong Kong to explore around.

Not at all... you will benefit a lot from this forum if you take time to read the info and reports. The pics are entertaining and give an idea of girls' real looks, but that kind of info is gained by bros trying girls. If everyone only did the good looking girls that get real pics posted by others, then we'll never uncover new hotties! Goose is an exception, of course...

Additionally, this forum has been immensely useful long before posting pics was popular on here...

Yes, kinda true. However, actually, newbies do not have RA setting functions when they post anything, which is why they need to contact section mods to set the RA for them if they want to include real pics/vids.

With Newbies (i.e. at RA10 level of access), once RA20 or above has been set, they can no longer see the pics in their thread. For Members (i.e. at RA20 level of access), who do have RA setting ability, they still need to abide by the policy and so will not be able to see pics that they set at RA30 or above. I know it sounds a bit unfair seeing as it's their own pics and their own thread and all, but they are posting for others to see, not for themselves! Anyways, they have the source files so it's not like they have no way of seeing their own pics!!

I think it is more of a convenience to post pics / videos online.  This way you can remove any incriminating evidence on your hard drive / memory cards from your SO.  Would be nice if there was a loophole to allow a Newbie poster to reminisce...

I agree and feel the same. It does take a long time to acrue a higher rating, but at the same time.  The photos that are placed on the site need to have a level, because of the privacy to some extent of the wg and the punter.  I would definitely not want just any tom dick and harry looking at some of the pics.  But, being unable to view most of the pics on the site, i wish the RA was set lower too.

Also, these requirements are about real pics that you take, not about advertisements.

I'm sorry how do you check your RA? I'm new here and I read through the faq post quickly and I'm not seeing it. I apologize if it's in there and I'm not reading it carefully enough if it is just point it out to me and I'll read it again.
