And I agree with SFMonger, you can't find a decent sandwich in HK to save your life. Try getting a decent steak sandwich, then you'll understand my pain. However, Dressed is pretty good for salads and Te is good with pasta.

My shame from the HK menus are the 'dan chee', egg sandwiches, in all the 'cha chaan teng' in HK.  Actually my fave was actually from the food concession on Deep Water Bay where my uncle used to go for his morning constitutional swims.  It was part of the ritual of being in HK for summers growing up.  It may have been the sea air or just the casualness of the dining. Sometimes atmosphere adds a whole layer to experiences.  I know my liasons with WGs tend to take on a shine whenever they take place in nicer surroundings.  Just like the walk-ups create a tawdry yet stimulating experience. Seeing the world one WG at a time.

I would suggest you make your own dogs at home, buy johnsonville's sussages at super market and grill them at home. Then prepare onions, bacon bits, etc to add on.
