Gentlemen,

Thanks for the advice. I ended up doing my own preparation regimen: basically, pumping it hard a week before, than abstinence the few days before. Worked great.

Juicy steak / protein loading? Wow, that would really slow me down. But that's my physiology, not yours, and I appreciate your advice.

So anyway: it was the most fucking amazing sex of my life.

I won't be doing the paid thing for the forseeable future, but this isn't a goodbye of any kind, as I still enjoy being a voyeur here! (Which is mostly what I always was anyway.)

Have a good sleep schedule that allows your body to recover.
Just basically take very good care of your body.
Eat well as the bro's advise and also some of the extra vitamins advised.
Plenty of fluids and very little booze.
5 is a good goal.
Im planning a punting trip also.
I am doing extra cardio excersise which I know will help.
Listen to your body while on the trip,if ya get tired and 4 is the max then rest it and hit it again the next day.

I'd say first of all you need to be pretty fit.  Get your body in shape with running, biking, or any exercises that increase your cardio.  I'd say for the week before, keep yourself rested as you'll need the energy for the event.  In my mind, it is the same as preparing for a big sports event.  Back in my day, I would carbo load the day before to make sure that I have enough reserve energy.  You can carbo load with spaghetti and other foods similar to that that is part of the bread group.  White rice does not do that much for you because it is just a bunch of empty calories.  You will also need lots of protein to aid in the recovery period.  Great sources of protein include, milk, yogurt, tofu.  Most importantly, be sure to keep yourself hydrated and drink plenty of fluids before, during, and after.  It really is like running a marathon, lol.  Writing about this brings me back to those sports days lol.  Who knew that sex and sports would relate so closely.  Maybe you can even keep some energy bars around or energy gels for quick energy.

Sounds like a fun time was had.

Also, the obvious trick is to put the more 'stimulating' exercises last (start with the straight sex and finish with the anal if you know what I mean).
Here's a question: was she able to keep up with you?

I'm not into anal, but yes, finishing with oral sounds about right.

Yes, she kept up with me, and our stamina is about equal.

She is hotter than any WG/HG/141 I can find (not to mention all her other benefits, like having an intelligent conversation with me, her actually liking me, and me not having to pay her), so for now, as long as this lasts, I have no reason to monger. Still, I enjoy hanging out on this forum.
