I don't think it is an age thing.  You must not be native Cantonese because there is a slight differentiation when translations are made to English.  Woo is a term that equates to the Cantonese term "Kau", where the word Chase equates to literally Chase in Cantonese "jue".  The word "court" is definitely old school, but when one translates lets say in a Movie the word "Kau" it has to be woo, and the Cantonese use this word A LOT!  If this were an American forum, I would probably use the word chase even though it would have a different connotation, but since this is an HK forum, most of the Cantonese people here will understand that woo is not an out of date term but the correct colloquial for what it is.  I would never say I chased my wife, she would be pissed because she is Cantonese and would find it a bit offensive because it's equivalent to chasing skirts, I would say that I wooed her because it is a bit more romantic although the cantonese word "kau" is not as nice as the word woo.  So when I used the word woo, i meant "kau" rather than chase.  Is there another English equivalent to the Cantonese word "kau"?  Cantonese speakers?

The problem with this question is it assumes we can get one answer because all WGs think the same, a  preposterous conclusion.

I usually leave my wedding ring on and I don't think it has made much difference to service. I guess there are WGs who may fancy their chances for a boyfriend and I expect a single guy may have a better chance of stringing them along, although all the WGs know us Bros never, ever, lie.
