If you are just not getting what you want in HK try to get across to Macau, short hop on turbojet ferry. with regard to HG girls, the girl will ask you if she's ok first.  if she's not, my experience is that you can talk to papa/mama and will be given other girls to choose from. walking away, however, would be poor form on your part at that point, but that's not to say you can't do it.
