No, these sites have been in operation for years and have been reported on before. They're basically parasites that scrape fiwfans info to catfish for customers and offer inflated prices. As it's outcall, whoever's gonna show up at your door is what you get. Avoid.

A lot of the old LINEs I had are now defunct, some still working.
