The Pong can be caused by many things - bacterial, fungal, venereal  and even Tampons left behind (tampons though, are not in common use in China) - but probably beyond our scope/expertise to medically  discuss on an IDLE chat thread!!

EDIT - OK, my few cents worth about the dreaded Pong. Yes, I have encountered it before, but never with the sauna girls or HKG Hotel Walk-in girls. Which leads me to the theory that the Pong only exists if the girl does not have much johnny-traffic.
