Sorry – time again for me to give my periodical reminder as to what we all prefer here - especially to newcomers to this thread and of course newbies who had just recently joined our forum.

Second, I'd like to remind you all that whilst we are very tolerant of most fun and games etc, we really do NOT like to see fluff-one-liners and other spam; it is just so distracting and makes this already very long thread all that more unwieldy. You SHOULD just write short comments/questions in the comment field when rating instead of writing up a post.

So I ask for your understanding and NOT post those one-liners. INSTEAD, please REALLY get into the spirit of this thread by getting involved in the discussions we have here and/or even introduce subjects that interest you and think others may also be interested in discussing.

You may also want to read posts #1069, 1075, 1077, 1089, 1121, 1124, 1214 on this thread for further ideas on how to participate and enjoy yourself here.

And if nothing else tickles your fancy, then - heck - put up some of your own pictures and regale us with your beauties!!

Yeah, unfortunately our Bro Rico has had a bit of a set-back these past few months and as in the true spirit of camaraderie as exist on our forum, we do all just grin and bear it - and go along with his usual tom-foolery. At least for NOW!! LOL!

Reminder - please at least put up DB pictures when posting up your reports!

I've seen time and again, Bros taking so much effort to write up GREAT reports...and then not bothering to put up the Pictures.

Remember, a picture tells a Thousand words; you putting up the pixs saves bro reading your report from having to take the time/trouble to have to go to your link (and in the case of guys reading from China, unless using a proxy, it is impossible to go to the DB pixs) PLUS it rewards your thread with that little paper clip thingy which signifies your thread DOES have pixs...and will attract more to go and open/read it.....and of course hopefully....grant you nice K points!

As it stands... had an awful couple of days but things are back to "normal" as normal as having a made in china metal plate in your shoulder can be haha.

Debated about leaving China behind after a horrible night out after a series of other shitty events.

Some are ok with video recording. I recorded one before. It all depends on the WG.

I was commenting how Chang Ping seems to be quickly tranforming itself with super-priced "International standard" facilities; well alongside these super-priced places, a few great cheaper options have also emerged - quite a few in that new #8 mall in front of the old Huaren shopping centre.

The cheapest and very good deal is Saizera Ristorante and Cafe - apparently one of those Japanese type Italian restaurants. 9" Pizzas for around RMB 20, spaghetti for around 10, rice dishes mid 10's and the most expensive item being a sizzling platter steak at RMB 28. A self-serve soft drink/coffee bar at RMB 6, all with quick/very efficient service and computerized order taking/billing.

Same mall, a Korean BBQ place for RMB 58 all-you-can-eat as well as a Chinese food cafeteria style restaurant where small-ish dishes are served up for RMB 2 to 12 (a WHOLE steamed fish for RMB 12!)

So all's not lost!! For on top of these places, there of course still exists the old Roast Goose places (RMB 12 for a great bowl of Roast Goose on noodles), the clay pot places at also around RMB 12 and of course places like Mito's where the A-B-C afternoon tea set is 2 quite substantial dishes and a drink for RMB 26.

Just thought I'd throw this in as the market seems to be stuck at around + 450!! LOL

I saw those clay pot places - I was thinking I must try one as they're so cheap, but then I can get one for free from PZL!
Salzeriya has branches all over SZ and GZ as well, although it comes a 2nd to Pizza Hut (an amazingly popular restaurant in mainland it seems, always have to queue for a table when I go).

Wow, it has been awhile since I've been to DG. SEAJ btw have you tried the 'new' footie place nr to PZL? Apparently it's supposed to have even hotter footie gals!

You mean the one ON TOP of the Pozolim? The one that's opened up by the owner of the Legend cafe?

Its a lot more "plush" than PZL, and instead of getting a free clay pot or whatever, you get a coupon that goes towards a pick in their restaurant menu. Pretty good food of course as it IS a Legend cafe too.

As far as the girls are concerned - yes, I've seen a few quite good looking ones (and believe that they also recruited quite a few from the PZL)- but the place is NOT as well run as the PZL. I think one of the managers was one of the managers from the Legend cafe in SWL Rd - and well, restaurant and footsies needs to be run differently!!

And somehow or another, you get to the place and I always seem to experience delays in getting a girl to do my footsies.  I've even had friends who've complained that they were made to wait and wait and wait - that they just walked out.  Also, I think the Air circulation there is still inadequate as the place smells of Menthol/Tiger balm/Footsie rubbing oil?? Hopefully all this is just start-up teething problems and should be resolved soon; the Boss is a real go-getter who I don't think will give up until he gets it running well.  Just IMHO - and please note that its at least been a month since I was there last.

Veggie Footie in CP:

Did PZL and Legends (above PZL) very recently.

From my personal foreigner experience, I like PZL better.  

PZL
They have 2 managers that can speak enough english to help me out.  They even have a new computer at the lobby to check girls pictures and availability!!!!  You can get rice dishes before 2pm and after 6pm.  Some pretty girls are available... but they go quickly.  They have, last I checked, four attractive girls that speak decent english!  133 speaks japanese and english is decently cute AND very playful.  The food is pretty decent, sandwich is passable, the stir fried beef noodle is one of my favorites and the spicy meat with mushrooms and rice is my current go to before 2 and after 6.  I am not a fan of the claypot rice like some of you guys are... to each their own.  WIFI is available in SOME rooms... I am sure someone more versed in mandarin could ask for a specific room with wifi (I know the 120s generally dont get wifi on ipad and iphones at least.  Not sure about the 200s.  The 101-110 should get wifi.

Legends
Owner speaks english and has personally helped me out at least twice.  Very easy going guy and really wants to solve the problems and will make it work.  As for girl quality, about the same as PZL... haven't found any good looking english speakers yet, but always fun to try.  They do not have an english menu that they have shown me yet... so have had some trouble ordering tasty food... though I do like the food at legends cafe on swan lake, so should have some of the same dishes.  A big plus here is the WIFI... though the last time I went it was hit and miss and I used my 3G instead...

Thanks bro, i have a free Saturday this week so may make the (now rare!) trip to DG to sample the new Legends place. There's one girl in the PZL who is supposed to be one of the most popular - and one i almost fell in love with last time - see if she's still there.

Will give JinDiLi, Chaperones and Walter a whirl also if i do get up there. I had a bit of a fling with a Walter footie gal earlier this yr, watch this space for a report (hopefully) soon!
