What permissions you have on this forum (inbox size, RA level, file upload limits, etc) depend on your system rank (Newbie, Conqueror, etc). Your system rank is determined by how many credits you have (see here). How many credits you have is determined by how much you post (1 post = 1 credit in most sections). Your amount of credits is also affected by how many karma points you receive from others (1 karma = 1 credit). Acceptance points are also converted into credits automatically, but at only 100 acceptance = 1 credit (and so they are often used to just give quick "one-liner" type comments). Money is not functional in the current forum settings.

I wish I had of realised when I was a bit younger how much I enjoyed travelling to Asia.  If I did, I would of definitely picked a career path that involved more travel!

Oh well, only about 40 more years of working and ill be able to retire over there somewhere surrounded by sexy girls!!

Yeah I know, and im not complaining at all, I really like my job.  But one of the few down points is limited travel opportunities.  Its fine, becasue I spend all my money on travel anyway.  I just feel a little pang of jealousy every time I read a report from someone who was on a work trip to Hong Kong or Macau

I guess I could always get a job as an Air Steward with China Airlines! lol

It's never too late to change jobs or move beyond your current one.  My current job doesn't allow me to travel at all so I am investigating similar jobs (such as consulting ) that makes more money and more flexibility.  You are young and early in your career.  You have plenty of options on how you want to advance yourself.

You are lucky you are still young, and can get free sex. Enjoy it while you can. Dont worry, someday in the future, you will get the chance to pay for it. We meet many WGs, some I can connect with, some I dont. Of those I connect with, I tend to repeat, and they tend to be more GFE. They are human after all.

The Funny thing is most of us youngs guys prefer to pay for it rather than have it for free. Although free is def good, theres nothing better than waking up in the morning with a free mind!

Getting free sex + seeing WG is the best combination.

To others - ESPECIALLY newbieenewbiee - I'd like to take this opportunity to remind you to be civil to each other on this thread.  The Mods and other Seniors have given us quite a bit of leeway in some of the things we discuss/get up to - but that's all the more reason why we must show lots of self-retraint and use good common sense.

We do NOT want any flame wars, we do NOT disagree with other's POV and then back it up with our negative point granting powers - we just discuss it properly in the spirit of sharing and camaraderie that we all enjoy on this forum.  Negative point granting powers should only be used as a last resort and when it is quite apparent that the subject of our tirade is oblivious to our entreaties for proper self restraint and NOT at any other time.

IMHO, Only the Mods should have this leeway to unilaterally use their negative point giving powers and should use/have usually used such powers when they detect something which the rest of us are probably not aware of - as they do have more analytical/research tools etc at their disposal for use to moderate the forum

This discussion is pretty intersting actually.  I have put a bit of thought to it too.  At first I was kind of ashamed of paying for sex, but then I realised....why?  Its not hurting anyone, I can spend my money how I want, I can havea  great time with a girl who gets what she wants (money) and then I go back about my life, no strings attached.

I love the wording "free sex" from coqhk's post.  Im pretty sure everyone here knows that there is no such thing as free sex.  there is always some kind of price, often money for dinner/drinks but also an emotional price.  Sometimes thats great, but sometimes I also dont want the emotional side, and just want to have a fun time for a couple of hours NSA.  Im lucky I guess that I havent fallen for a WG yet, but from my reading of forums and such I can see that it is probably inevitable at some point!  Im sure my perspective will change then.

Also, Ive mentioned to some of my friends about some of the mongering Ive done, and they seem to reguard it with a mixture of curiosity and repulsion.  I think the repulsion is what most people think is expected of them in Australia, at least the way we are brought up we are taught its wrong and dirty.  But I know thet deep down they would love to be over in Macau getting with a whole bunch of sexy girls.  Some of them even tell me they are jealous and want to try it but they are too scared that people will find out!  

Anyway kind of forgot what my point was, I think it was something like "Im glad I gave in to my urges and indulged the side of myself that loves this kind of thing".  In 34 days (yes counting down lol) Ill be back over in Macau having a great time!

I took a friend who'd had a long term problem with severe back pains to the Chang Ping General Hospital (next to EuroAsia hotel) yesterday - a Sunday which is the busiest time for this hospital.

As usual, it was a struggle to even get to see the specialist orthopaedic doctor with a long line-up and patients all jostling to push their patient card on the table to be able to see him; but once when we managed to see him, he was very polite, professional and took his time to fully examine my friend.  This doctor even spoke quite a bit of English and told us he basically understand 99% of whatever it is that my friend said in English.

Anyway, after thoroughly examining my friend, he REQUESTS (yes, request and not command as Western doctors would usually do) for my friend to get an MRI. Right away, we both sort of panicked as we both knew that MRI's are expensive - at least HK$ 6,000 in Hong Kong and US$ 500 in the U.S. - but guess what, he told us that the charge for MRI at the hospital is only RMB 500!!

Off to the MRI/Scan center and I saw the latest state of the art equipment being used - but of course still housed in a crappy room and behind lead doors that must have been a carry-over from the old equipment days!

Half an hour later my friend came out accompanied by a nurse who told us that since my friend is a visitor, that she will expedite the slides within 40 minutes, so that we did not have to return the next day. And she did this WITHOUT being asked at all.

Sure enough, within half an hour she rushed out with the MRI's and told us to hurry over back to see the orthopaedic specialist - who she had phoned to ask him to wait - as it was already close to 6 PM, when his shift officially ends.

When we saw the specialist again, he thoroughly examined the MRI slides, and then explained THOROUGHLY the findings. He then re-examined my friend and pointed out all the areas of problems, and followed it up with a detailed explanation as to the treatment for it and even showing him the actual exercises he needs to perfom daily. Since there were no more patients waiting outside, he had spent at least half an hour with us - way after his official knock-off time.

And the bill for the consultation AND a week's worth of prescription drugs (A Western as well Chinese medicine combination) - RMB 126!! Amazing!  Basically the whole thing cost even less than most Hong Kong doctor in-office consultation without any treatment, medicine and of course no MRI/tests etc.

My friend and I are VERY impressed and very happy with the visit - and I personally would recommend to ANYBODY who needs medical attention in CP to always and ONLY go to the Chang Ping General Hospital and NEVER go to any of the rip-off private clinics that's ubiquitous here.

wow thats pretty sweet. I've had MRI taken on my leg before due to a basketball injury and the process is quite slow in Australia. Got to to go see a GP first who recommends you to a specialist the specialist then examines you and recommends you to a few hospitals with MRI machines. Next step get mri taken, then MRI scans are mailed to your specialist or they are picked up later on in that day maybe 2 hours later? Next step go see specialist who recommends any surgery or any other steps to be taken.
I am actually quite impressed by how quickly your friend got stuff done in CP. Esp if he is a visitor.
Getting injured/hurt overseas can be really costly.

I must point out that such as I describe above is the exception i/o the rule in China. Medical services - or rather the lack of such - is big blot on China's reputation and one that sorely needs reform and a thorough cleaning out.

But it is a gargantuan effort for China is so large and has so many people. Even 6-1/2 million doctors - which is how many there is there - is definitely NOT enough to provide anything but very basic coverage for each of her citizen; not when the AVERAGE occupancy rate for the hospitals here runs at 130% of capacity.  Figure THAT ONE out!!

And for anybody travelling to China I strongly recommend to take out a GOOD health insurance with definite Medical assistance service availability by one of the known International Medical assistance companies like SOS, AED etc; don't just take the word of the insurance salesman that such is provided for - for in too many instances , it just is NOT the truth and you end up with health insurance which is totally useless in China.

Hey SEAJ - someone, I think you, mentioned something about KTV in Emperor Hotel in Happy Valley?

Can anyone give me more info on a bunch of stuff including:
- Going solo
- Pricing (plus pricing for the 'post' session)
- How old the girls generally are
- Quality of girls (in comparison to say saunas or HGs)
- Receptiveness to foreigners

And a bunch of other stuff including where exactly it is!

This is actually a sort of pretty exclusive hide-away for some of the very high-rollers in Hong Kong. The last time I was there was about 9 months go and I was a guest and so I did not have to pay - but I'm very certain that the pricing is over the top. I also did not take a girl as I just don't do my mongering in Hong Kong - especially when I'm with people who knows me NOT as a monger/just another proper businessman. Plus of course I knew it would have cost me too much/not worth it.

If I recall correctly, there was a smallish "ouside" lounge where some patrons were at but for the most part, the "action" is in one of the private rooms.  Quality of the gals are pretty top notch and there are also some of the starlets/new singers around as this place is owned by one of the top "Entertainment Moguls" of Hong Kong.

If you're a foreigner - and especially a singleton, I'd strongly advise you against going there as it would take a stretch of the imagination for me to really picture you fitting in - unless if you were hosted by one of the "Regulars" there. And for sure its gonna cost you a lot.

Its located close to the Hong Kong Sanatorium and hospital on a triangular street corner; if you go past the Park and shop towards the Sanatorium, you will pass it on your right before you get to the hospital and for sure you'll know it's the Emperor hotel for it usually has a few Rollers/Bentleys/Ferraris etc parked outside in the evening.

And well, regarding the free sex thing, I say most young guys because free sex always comes with strings attached. Its great to have a gf or a FB or many gfs and FBs but in the end someone or the other gets hurt. Also, we all pay for the sex, one way or the other. Before I came to China, I never paid for the sex. Of course I had a good time, but there were also a lot of arguments, heartbreaks, problems.

Maybe Im wrong to say young guys, but for "young guys like me" who have seen and been thru a lot of the free sex phase know that in the end, all that matters is a good time and above all "peace of mind".
