The best time to go would be 4:00pm to 10:00pm on all days except Sundays and holidays.  

If the girl is attractive, you cannot avoid her being taken up by other guys.  Some guys make appointments days in advance.

Most large 141 clusters (including Fuji) will have many guys perusing the dark hallways at the hours I've suggested.  If you go later or sooner, you risk some of the girls being being off-duty.  If you're a first-timer, I suggest you embrace the crowd, not avoid it.  In those dark hallways and decaying buildings, it will make you feel safer and it adds to the ambiance.

You're lucky to be Chinese-Malaysian who speaks Canto.  You won't get charged the gweilo surcharge and you're more likely to build a rapport with the girls than non-Chinese.

^ If it's a "hotel reservation" girl (there is no fixed address on the advert), the phone number is for her pimp.  Otherwise, it's her personal cellphone.  Pimps may speak passable English.  But it's unlikely the ladies can communicate much in English.

Overnighting is not a popular form of mongering in Hong Kong.  I'm sure anything is negotiable.  But expect resistance or a very high asking price.  

This isn't Thailand or Philippines where you can barfine a girl for the evening.  Keep in mind that, unlike these two countries, most mongering in Hong Kong is catered to locals.  And most locals, having jobs and family to tend to, certainly aren't interested in getting girls overnight.

When in Hong Kong, just go along with the flow.  If you want overnighters, Thailand and the Philippines is only a short flight away.

Lesson #2 - Finding off-the-grid 141 walkups

As I mentioned much earlier, most 141s are located in clusters.  That means, if you find one girl advertising through the database, you'd find 5-10 of her immediate neighbors who don't advertise.  

But there are clusters where no girls are advertised online.  These are what I call "off-the-grid" 141 walkups.  They are probably more common than you think.

It's a pleasure and an adventure hunting these off-the-grid places as jewels can be found, they are normally cheaper and these girls don't see many prospects.

Please see the photos below.  You can find these hidden clusters (normally consisting of 4-10 girls) by a pink neon strip (or strips) and/or ghostly red glows through windows or curtains.  Once you walk up 1-2 flights of stairs, you'll definitely know you're in the right place.

In the first photo, the pink strip has a sign with room numbers and an arrow.  But most strips aren't accompanied by any writing or signage.

These off-the-grid places are common throughout Hong Kong.  You can be at a street market, with sex being the last thing on your mind, and find these secret places.  They are normally located just off highly-trafficked street markets.  During the day, they are hard to see.  But at night, they can beacon you from a kilometer away.

but in terms of the price to pay... surely have to ask each WL isn't it...

i guess i am the shy type.. like to see the pics from the website (touch-up or not, no big deal) and go to the door and go in finish up and leave... no intention to knock on doors in corridors/different floors?

^ Don't be shy!  These girls pay upwards of $10,000 per month to rent these rooms.  They didn't rent these rooms to be left alone!  If she's available, the sign on the door reads "PLEASE RING THE DOORBELL".  So why not do what the sign asks?

Just use proper etiquette.  If she opens and she's not your cup of tea, just smile deferentially and say thank you (in Chinese or English) and walk away.  I used to ask "how much" just to make her feel better, but I've found some girls get annoyed at you asking for the price when you have no intention of going in.

Also, don't talk to other mongers walking around.  This is not a place to pal around with strangers.

You really have nothing to worry about.
