Do some of the 141 women not do us white guys?

I have heard that some 141 will not do caucasians. It is perhaps a personal choice. However, I think most of the problems are from communications. When you cannot communicate with your customer, it is tough to do business. Some 141 probably just want to avoid such problems. I am sure a friendly smile and some hand gestures can help.

Never been turned down because I'm caucasian/foreigner.

Yes its better if you can speak a little but it ain't really neccessary.

Actually, the communications are not that important. They know what you want and they don't think you knocked on their door because you want to play chess or something.  Its just that some of them like to talk.
Think about it.
Most of them spend 8,10,12 hours a day in their little rooms waiting to service guys needs and being women they need to chat.
