If found the following information on the net and it surprised me. This is because what my college roommate told me was actually true. I thought that he was just bullshitting me. When I was in college, I sold my sperm to pay some of my bills in college. The problem was, I wanted to continue having sex but I was supposed to abstain. I was supposed to abstain in order to maintain a high sperm count, a high ejaculate volume, and to ensure that I don't pass along any STD's with my sperm deposit. However, every time you have sex, your sperm count and volume decreases on the subsequent ejaculate if you have had sex within 7 days of your deposit. My roomate told me to;
1. eat raw eggs - this worked due to the amino acids in raw eggs. i lived off of raw eggs as my only protein source because they were the cheapest form of protein and i was poor in college. to make them taste better, i'd mash it with a fork with a banana. do not use a blender as it will denature the protein. Raw eggs contain all the nutrition that you need except carbohydrates and vitamin c.
2. drink a cup of spinach juice - get a Champion brand juicer to juice the spinach. This worked because of the zinc in spinach.
3. try to have sex right after the donation and if I don't have sex right after the donation, then I should only have sex once that week, if possible. If you end up having sex on the day before the donation, then you have a real problem. That's when you do "the emergency procedure". That's when I have my prostate and scrotum massaged  and heated with a bag of hot water. This increases circulation and therefore fluids to the ejaculate. It cannot increase the sperm volume but it can increase the ejaculate volume. Then, I'd pray that my sperm count would make the minimum requirement. And flirting with the female lab tech also didn't hurt, either....
4. eat fresh oranges - this has vitamin c. i would mix this with the spinach in the juicer to make the spinach taste good.

Zinc has been shown to improve both the amount of sperm you produce and the sperm's ability to move spontaneously and independently. Coupled with amino acids (see above), this will increase sperm volume significantly.
(note: Not as miraculous as they make it sound, but regular zinc intake (50mgs a day) does increase quantity somewhat.)

Whatever a pill company's claims are, you can probably do just as well with zinc and lecithin supplements. (Use zinc supplements in moderation; too much zinc intake can be dangerous.) For some guys, these nutrients do have a noticeable effect on ejaculation volume, and they're a lot cheaper and easier to get. Anyway, why waste your time worrying about this? If you want to come all over her breasts/face do it on the first two shots. I've come 5 times in one several hour session and almost nothing comes out on the fifth but it still feels good, in fact it sort of builds in intensity.
