The fucked up thing is that it's already sitting at the Fedex distribution center about 5 miles away, but they won't release it until Friday.  Interesting how fast it shipped from SZ to SF.

Kinda sucks..

I did it with the first iPhone - I managed to buy 5 or 6 from a friend & sold them to the UK on line, they were already on sale their but I managed to sell them a little cheaper. It all adds up. #19 Post at 19-3-2012 14:27  Profile P.M.  Font size: S M L Reply #18 jyeung23's post read some reviews ... a lot of USA doesn't support 4G either ... so it's sounding a bit like being the first person on google+ ... great feature but can't really use it until the carriers spend another gazillion dollars replacing all their towers.   very mixed opinions about "the new iPad" ... the consensus is if you want a beautiful screen, it's nice to have, but so far nobody's given a better reason for buying one.   I do have a question: has anyone read anything about battery life yet?  I'm concerned that big screen is going to be hungry ... and the old iPad's 10-hour life is a big winner for me.  Having traded down on longevity of my phone (GS2) I would hate to trade down on longevity of my iPad also.  Anyone found anything yet? Hear Ye!  The Mayor has spoken!

Can you still go and get one?  I heard from a lot of places they didn't even have lines and there was stock available if you walked into the store on opening day.  Maybe they are all gone now though.......
